Department of English
The Department of English was established in 1965. English being global language, the department has been striving to inculcate in the young minds sensitivity, sensibility and the sense of articulation. The department also encourages students to take-up comparative studies between English literature and Kannada literature. The dynamic faculties take special care to develop language - listening, speaking, writing and reading skills. Also the department runs a self financial course where training is imparted regarding language skills.
